Instruction will be provided by                    experienced former law enforcement and safety professionals

Diversity and Bias Training

 ● A workshop in compliance with state and federal diversity and          bias training.

 ● Pre-emptive planning and strategy sessions to address potential       incidents before they happen.

 Weekly Incident Reporting

 ● Biweekly intelligence reports sent to key stakeholders on most           recent gang activity, local crimes, and other flashpoint incidents         that may impact your facility, staff, congregants or students.

 ● On-site debriefing to help plan strategies to address specific               threats outlined in the reports.

De-Escalation Training Workshop

 ● This workshop focuses on pre-emptive planning and de-                       escalation strategies pre and post-incident.
